By accessing or using CompCal ("the Service"), operated by CompCal Inc. ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
CompCal is a compliance calendar and management platform that helps organizations track regulatory deadlines, filings, and compliance obligations. The Service is provided on an "as-is" basis.
3. User Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service; (c) interfere with or disrupt the Service; (d) upload malicious content; (e) resell or redistribute the Service without permission.
5. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of all data you upload to the Service. We process your data solely to provide the Service.
6. Subscriptions and Billing
Paid features are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are provided at our discretion. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, its original content, features, and functionality are owned by CompCal Inc. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
8. Limitation of Liability
CompCal is a tool to assist with compliance tracking but does not constitute legal or regulatory advice. We are not liable for any missed deadlines, penalties, or damages arising from use of the Service. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may export your data for 30 days after termination.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
